Provide Access To Support
You can easily give our support access to your platform. Please proceed as follows:
- Login as root via SSH to your Tenantos main server.
- Execute the command
- Inform our support that access has been granted.
Please don't forget to provide the device name if the issue is about a specific device (server name, switch name, ...).
Remove Support Access
Execute the command
support delete to disable access for our support team.
If you have IP restrictions in place, please whitelist the following IPv4 addresses:
