Automated Suspension & Unsuspension

The module can automatically switch servers on and off in case of suspension or unsuspension.

However, you can specify in the module settings that you do not want the server's power to be changed automatically but that you want to receive notifications. Read more here.

Unsuspension/Termination Validation

On unsuspension and termination, the module checks if the server has been (manually) assigned to another client. In this case, it will leave the service suspended. If you have installed WHMCS in version 7.1 or higher, a log entry at the WHMCS module queue will be created.

If you have enabled the notifications, your staff will also be informed by ticket about this event.
