Provide Access To Support
If you encounter a technical issue, please check the Activity Log and the System Plain Logs before contacting support.
You can easily grant our support team access to your platform. Please proceed as follows:
- Log in as root via SSH to your Tenantos main server.
- Execute the command
support add. - Inform our support team that access has been granted. If you are using a non-default SSH port, please provide the SSH port number as well.
Please also remember to provide the device name if the issue is related to a specific device (server name, switch name, etc.).
Remove Support Access
Execute the command support delete to disable access for our support team.

If you have IP restrictions in place, please whitelist the following IPv4 address:
