About Notes, Descriptions and Tags

You can add comments, notes or tags to various elements in Tenantos. For example:

• User accounts.
• Server description, notes and tags.
• IP description.
• Subnet description.

These descriptions are always visible only to your account. For example, if you assign tags to a server and add a description, the assigned users will not see that. The assigned users can set their own descriptions, independent of yours (provided they have the appropriate permissions).
